Before you register

अपना अकाउंट, ईमेल और प्रोफाइल फोटो सही तरीके से तैयार करने के लिए इन तीन चरणों को पढ़ें।

Read these three steps to prepare your account, email and profile photo correctly.

अकाउंट केवल अपने नाम से बनाएं

  • थाना, ऑफिस, शाखा या यूनिट के नाम से shared ID न बनाएं।
  • अपना सही नाम और सभी जानकारी सही भरें; गलत जानकारी के लिए आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।

Create the account only in your name

  • Do not create a shared ID in the name of a police station, office, branch or unit.
  • Enter your real name and accurate information; you are responsible for incorrect details.

ईमेल सत्यापन पूरा करें

  • Private email: पहले login email OTP और फिर official .gov.in/.nic.in office email सत्यापित करें।
  • Government login email: केवल उसी email का OTP verification आवश्यक है।

Complete email verification

  • Private email: Verify the login-email OTP, then your official .gov.in/.nic.in office email.
  • Government login email: Only OTP verification of that email is required.

अपनी स्पष्ट वर्दी वाली फोटो चुनें

  • हाल की, सामने से ली गई अपनी फोटो लगाएं—फोटो में केवल एक व्यक्ति और साफ background हो।
  • चश्मा/सनग्लास, blur, अंधेरा, screenshot, group photo या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की फोटो स्वीकार नहीं होगी।
  • फूल-पत्ती, भवन या बिना चेहरे वाली फोटो automatic check में reject हो जाएगी।

Choose your clear uniform photo

  • Use your recent, front-facing photo in uniform with one person and a clean background.
  • Glasses/sunglasses, blur, darkness, screenshots, group photos or another person's photo are not accepted.
  • Plants, buildings and images without a visible face will fail the automatic check.
